Welcome to our online store for motorcycle parts.
My name is Mathias Kehler. I am founder and managing director of MK - Motorradteile.
I discovered my passion for motorcycles as a teenager. With nearly 11 years the first driving tests with a Simson Mofa 1 were undertaken. Shortly afterwards a Simson S51N followed, which was "rebuilt" after a few days of driving. I discovered that not only the driving itself gave me great pleasure, but also the screwing and tinkering with the bike itself.
My way to independence began with the fact that I had bought a new motorcycle on eBay. It was a Buell XB9R Firebolt - a complete conversion. But the good thing was not rideable because of the conversion and I offered it for sale again. But there was nobody who was willing to buy this bike for the same money. Not even half the price of a new bike was offered to me.
When I observed the selling prices in the different forums, I noticed that someone was willing to pay about 3000€ for the engine of an XB9R.
So I researched over several weeks the selling prices of the individual parts and then came to the decision to offer the good piece in parts on eBay.
This idea should prove to be lucrative and was the basic aspect for taking the step into self-employment. I gave up my permanent position as a master vulcanizer at a tire service in 2008 and then it started...
I bought used motorcycle parts, scooter parts and quad parts, then prepared them for sale on eBay.
Finally, new motorcycles were bought in their entirety, disassembled and offered for sale.
Today I purchase the spare parts for motorcycle, scooter and quad exclusively from well-known suppliers and employ several employees.
Nicole, also a passionate motocross rider, is responsible for customer service and for our self-created product pictures.
Andreas, a gifted scooter driver, is the main responsible for the shipping. He makes sure that the parts you buy from us are carefully packed and shipped.
The passion for motorcycling is still omnipresent. When time permits (usually once a week), I ride my KTM EXC 450 off-road.
